Julie L. Rubenstein, Esq. has been handling residential real estate closings since 2003 with extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and lenders with all aspects of their closings, including purchase and sale agreements, title review and handling pre-closing and post-closing matters.
Julie has a strong foundation in client services which comes from years of experience in customer service positions, including working a semester for Walt Disney World. Julie prides herself on making the transaction appear seamless for her clients.
When she’s not working, Julie enjoys movies, musical theatre, Disney vacations and spending time with her family and golden retriever.
