Amy C. Chisholm, Esq.

Attorney Chisholm specializes in representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate matters.  She has extensive experience in contract negotiation and in resolution of title issues, having passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1997.

Prior to joining SKM Title and Closing, Attorney Chisholm worked for several distinguished conveyancing firms and previously managed her own law firm.

Attorney Chisholm has resided and worked in the Worcester area for over 25 years, but enjoys working with clients all over the Commonwealth, and especially enjoys working with first time home buyers.
